Osho Mahamudra Meditation

»A mind free from projections—that is Mahāmudrā.
‘Practise and cultivate this, and supreme enlightenment will follow.«
- Manik (Tilopas Song of Mahamudra, 11th chapter)

This meditation takes you on a powerful journey into your inner world and opens up realms you could never have imagined. If you’ve lost touch with what your intuition actually feels like, Mahamudra will guide you on your path towards surrendering to life. This utterly fascinating meditation allows you to merge with the universe, making you more receptive and sensitive to life.

Through meditation, I myself began to feel much more present and clear-headed in no time at all. Since then, my daily life has been much more fluid and harmonious, as if life itself were flowing through me.

The more often you practise Mahamudra, the easier it will become for you to act appropriately in the moment, guided by your authenticity. In this way, your life will develop in the direction that is right for you.

Mahamudra meditation can be practised before going to bed and, in this case, can have a positive effect on your sleep. In the morning, it brings a very powerful sense of clarity that stays with you throughout the day.

For me, Mahamudra is a good starting point for a serious spiritual journey. It teaches you, in a very subtle and simple way, to surrender to life.

In a society that constantly demands that we function and perform, this space allows you to let go completely and relax. In this way, you can learn to follow what wants to express itself through you.

As with all Osho meditations, the same applies here: the longer and more consistently you practise them, the deeper you will delve into your inner self.
