Osho Dynamic Meditation

»Someone has said that the meditation we are doing here seems to be sheer madness. It is. And it is that way for a purpose. It is madness with a method; it is consciously chosen.
Remember, you cannot go mad voluntarily. Madness takes possession of you. Only then can you go mad. If you go mad voluntarily, that's a totally different thing. You are basically in control, and one who can control even his madness will never go mad.«
- Osho (The Orange Book)

Dynamic meditation isn’t about sitting still and observing your thoughts; it’s about breaking free from your daily routine, your numbness and your self-imposed limitations. During meditation, you can let go of and release everything that you would otherwise suppress in everyday life.

From a young age, you learn to adapt to others – your partner, your family, your colleagues – and you start to suppress everything natural that wants to express itself through you. In the long run, this leads to a life of suffering.

Dynamic Meditation helps you rediscover your natural expression and zest for life.

This meditation invites you to be loud, to shout, to cry, to let loose. In doing so, you’ll release pent-up energy and reconnect with your inner strength.

If you consciously embrace madness, you can’t go mad. 🔥
