When was the last time you were so caught up in the moment that you forgot everything around you? When you became one with the dance and the divine within you came to the fore?<\/p>\n

Soulmoves invites you to dive right into this experience. Let go of your daily routine, your habitual patterns, your \u201cI can\u2019t do that\u201d mindset, and rediscover who you truly are. Pure joy for life, bubbling over, to which you can simply surrender yourself through dance. In this state, you will immediately understand that this ecstasy that overwhelms you is of great significance.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Explore the different facets of your being and allow whatever wishes to express itself through you to do so. On this musical journey through light and dark, through slow and fast, Soulmoves guides you to a point where you yourself become the dance.<\/p>\n

Before we start dancing, we\u2019ll use a variety of exercises to let go of whatever is holding you back from getting into the flow.
